The group said recurring rental income continued to grow through rental repricing at Guoco Tower and ramp-up contributions from Guoco Midtown, with rental revenue from investment properties increasing to S$293 million in the 2026 financial year from S$281 million in the prior year.

Property investment contributed S$215 million of underlying operating profit in FY2026 and accounted for about 60 per cent of the group’s underlying operating profit.

GuocoLand also highlighted more than S$3 billion of unrecognised sales value from sold residential units as at Jun 30, expected to be progressively recognised from fiscal 2027 to 2030.

In FY2026, the group continued to reposition its China and Malaysia businesses through the privatisation of GuocoLand Malaysia, active monetisation of residential inventory in Chongqing, and the divestment of Thistle Johor Bahru.
