Hooters server flaunts baby bump in chain’s maternity uniform: ‘I pray you get big tips’
This Hooters hottie is serving up some serious maternity looks.
A pregnant server at the burger chain had viewers swooning after flaunting the burger chain’s iconic maternity wear, providing in-uniform bump “updates” in a series of TikTok videos with millions of views.
“Everyone was so mad when I said I finally fit the maternity uniform at 23 weeks,” gushed Gabrielle Harlan, who works at a Hooters in the Midwest, in one of the clips.
She was referring to Hooters’ viral line of maternity wear: a black, full-length version of the iconic T-shirt that allows expectant mothers to remain comfortable sans compromising the restaurant’s famously buxom, tight-fitting aesthetic.
While these might seem at odds with the bust-centered branding, the mom-to-be black fit has caused quite a stir on TikTok, where videos of servers rocking the attire have racked up over 100 million views.
Harlan said she was also surprised by how well the maternity garb suited her.
In one of her viral videos from when she was 23 weeks, the burger server bragged that she was finally “big enough” to wear the uniform.

In it, Harlan lifted her apron and turned to different angles to show off her small bump while wearing shorts, the plus-size t-shirt with the classic Hooters logo, and name tag.
“I’m most likely wearing this wrong I have no idea what I am doing,” she wrote in the caption. “But it’s so comfortable compared to the regular uniform!”
Harlan provided another update at 32 weeks, where she turned to the side to show off her now-pronounced pregnancy bump.
“I actually fit the uniform now,” she said.
Viewers lavished praise on the mom-to-be for chronicling her pregnancy journey at a chain where patrons prioritize bosoms over baby bellies.
“People always gotta be hating, you do you mama,” fawned one while another wrote, “Queen go kick your feet up. I pray you get big tips!!!”
Others shared their own experiences of working at food chains while they had a bun in the oven.
“I wore the Hooters maternity top too,” said one commenter.
“I used to work at Hooters’s. 6 of us got pregnant around the same time,” wrote another.
“We used to tell the non-pregnant ones not to drink the water. Congratulations!!!”
A third said, “I worked as a bikini barista when I was pregnant. Girl the amount of money I made was UNGODLY.”
Interestingly, many Hooters servers have claimed they’ve raked in far bigger tips while with child.
In 2022, one server said she made $400 in tips after getting knocked up, proving that even customers are love in with Hooters servers’ lovely lady bumps.
