Nu Boyana Exec Launches Next Gen Company Hollywood Influence Studios With Stratosphere-Shot Debut ‘Above The End’

Former Millennium Media exec Gaël Bonnel Sanchez has announced the launch of Hollywood Influence Studios and unveiled its inaugural project Above The End, billed as the first-ever feature to be partially shot in the stratosphere.

Under an exclusive partnership with Zephalto, the French aerospace firm backed by the European Space Agency (ESA) and Airbus, the production will capture real footage of Earth’s curvature from inside a pressurized capsule carried to 25 kilometers altitude by a stratospheric balloon.

This one-of-a-kind approach promises an unprecedented cinematic experience, merging authentic high-altitude imagery with a powerful visual narrative.

The project also counts on the support of Straife, an international risk-management company staffed by former White House, CIA, and FBI officials, as well as Eat 4 Good, a leading food-tech enterprise founded by long-time collaborator Sylvain Bonnet, which has distributed over one billion meals worldwide.

“Our philosophy is simple: we produce only event-level films that prioritize excellence and cutting-edge technology—AI, virtual production seamlessly integrated with live elements—while keeping humanity and creativity at the heart of the process,” said Sanchez,

With an estimated budget of $25 million, Above The End is now in advanced development.

Bonnel Sanchez spent more than a decade at Nu Boyana Film Studios, the Millennium Media subsidiary, which serviced its hits such as The Expendables, Hitman, Rambo, Hellboy, and The Black Dahlia.

Above The End is slated to enter pre-production soon, with principal photography expected between late 2025 and early 2026.
