Adult killed in FM 2769 crash, 4 injured



AUSTIN (KXAN) — One person was killed and four others were injured after a crash on FM 2769 Road Saturday night, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash involved two vehicles and five people total. ATCEMS recorded the incident happened just after 9 p.m.

Damage to a vehicle pinned one person inside it. First responders were able to remove that person from the vehicle.

STAR Flight airlifted an adult patient who had serious injuries to Dell Seton Medical Center, ATCEMS said.

ATCEMS said it took another adult and a child to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. Medics evaluated one other adult for minor injuries at the scene.

The Austin Fire Department and Lake Travis Fire Rescue also responded to the crash.
