The Austrian designer described is as a “custom made moulded leather dress” on Instagram, which was hand-sculpted to a 3D mold of Klum’s body, according to Page Six. Klum’s leather dress and manicure were both given a high-gloss finish, giving them a flexible and flawless “second-skin” effect.
