Warning: Potential Survivor spoilers ahead.
Survivor fans may have outwit, outlast, and outplayed the show’s editors.
Ahead of the reality competition series’ season 48 finale May 21—which will see Joe Hunter, Eva Erickson, Kyle Fraser, Kamilla Karthigesu and Mitch Guerra go head-to-head—viewers have started to suspect CBS accidentally gave away the ending.
In a sneak peek shared ahead of the finale, two subtle details seemed to point to a few obvious predictions.
In one clip, Mitch seemed to be walking among a few members of the ousted jury members.
“If you zoom in, it’s very clearly Mitch,” one viewer pointed out on TikTok. “We all expected that, but the fact that they literally spoiled it in a promo is wild.”
And while some fans think this is a clear indicator that Mitch will be eliminated, others suspect that the show’s producers are just trying to throw viewers off.
“A part of me thinks this might still be a fake out,” one user wrote on X. “It’s just rlly funny.”
